Won and managed SAP engagements and managed teams at BMW, TD Ameritrade, SAB Miller, CHEP, Minolta, Transnet and Lonmin Platinum mining etc. After gradually shifting focus to practice development for a decade from 1995 to 2005, rekindled passion for “coalface” problem solving at clients by researching and advising on SAP’s quarter century of lessons learned in Implementation Approach, Methodology, Best Practices, Process Improvement, Change Management and Training
CSIPER CONSULTING, a CSI company: 1999 - 2005
Developed client list from zero to 100 and won SAP’s Highest Customer Satisfaction Award as alliance partner in 2005. Won and managed SAP engagements and managed teams at more than 100 SAP engagements worth $25 p/a, including a $12m implementation project at Farmland Industries.
ERNST & YOUNG CSI 1994 – 2001
As member of six-partner International team won the work for the largest SAP project at that time at Coca Cola, and directed the team responsible for the African continent in worldwide Coca-Cola SAP implementation. As Managing Partner, won work and managed consulting team for $20m, 5 year Johnson & Johnson Asia Pacific SAP implementation contract, leading 20 consulting staff in project spread over 7 countries in Asia Pacific. Advancing E&Y’s SAP practice throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, and the United States in partnership with local and regional E&Y organizations and seeding of consultants. Won work at more than 50 Sap implementations and managed teams at clients that include Conlog, Coca-Cola, Land Rover, Mitsubishi Electric, Singapore Airlines, Konica Minolta, British American Tobacco and South African Airways.
CSI CONSULTING GROUP (PTY) LIMITED 1992 – 1994
Wrote bolt-on software in the debtors module purchased by SAP AG and incorporated in standard subsequent releases of SAP software, increasing the functionality of the financial module. Trained implementation team members on behalf of SAP for 40 clients in Financial, Asset Management, ABAP programming language and Logistics modules

Promoted to Manager to lead a 10 person SAP configuration and ABAP development team in Asset Management, Financial, Cost Accounting and Logistics.Account Manager at Robert Bosch Account.
