While these years of successfully planning, executing and supporting our customers in their SAP environments are worth celebrating for ourselves, why should it concern our clients?
We believe that the only significant cause of troublesome client experiences with integrated software such as SAP, is the lacking abilities of the implementers. The software is typically stable and functionaly rich, yet end up being utilised less than 40% at the typical client. Even worse is that the implemented software is often percieved as an obstacle, much less an enabler, by its users.
We want our clients to know that we have experience, and we have had success. Since 20 years is how long SAP has been significantly operating outside its roots in R/2 in Germany, we have been there from the beginning. Our leadership team have half a century of combined SAP experience. The founder and CEO in 1992 is the CEO today.
We also want our customers to know that we will be here in future, so they may take comfort in the knowledge that we can walk the path with them as far and as long as it takes.
Our history shows we have played in the little league, and in the big league, over 5 continents. We have implemented multi-national and local SAP systems for companies that are the icons of almost all of the significant industries. And we have received accolades and recognition while doings so, the most important being that our customers always come back to us. We are now smaller and more focussed, by choice.
Our history also shows that we are able to evolve over time to meet the challenges of a changing environment, where we have now entered what we call 'the third decade' of integrated software packages. We have sold off our successful larger consulting businesses built around the 1990's demand for rolling out off masses of basic SAP functionality. We are now applying our decades of experience to build a smaller, more specialised team equipped with our new laser sharp focussed tools and solutions.
